Debbie Burbage Recruitment is thrilled to work with our Kettering based client to find a proactive and experienced Bookkeeper to join their business. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the finance function, working closely with the Managing Director as the sole finance professional on site.
The previous Bookkeeper held the position for over 10 years, highlighting the stability and supportive nature of the business.
Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities include:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven experience in a hands-on role. You will need to be confident managing all aspects of the finance function independently, with strong proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Excel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of building strong working relationships. This role requires a proactive approach and someone who thrives in a dynamic, SME environment.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: circa 30 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days plus statutory days, Pension, Parking
