Overview

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity with our esteemed client based in Northamptonshire. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investor Operations Associate or an Executive Associate with relevant experience to support their growth plans and fundraising efforts. This role will serve as the central point of control for document management, data room build and management, investor/shareholder enquiries, due diligence coordination, and board meeting preparations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include developing, managing, and maintaining all current and future data rooms, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible and have auditable trails. The candidate will create and maintain documentation to support the data room and fundraising needs.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for all investor enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Co-ordinating and managing the flow of DD and investor questions within the company, collaborating with relevant departments to gather necessary information.
  • Organising and documenting all DD questions logically and systematically is essential. You will maintain comprehensive records of all DD enquiries and responses. Establishing a document hierarchy and organising all current and future documentation for easy access by relevant stakeholders, you will ensure systematic storage and easy retrieval of all documents.
  • Timely preparation and distribution of board agendas and materials are crucial. You will coordinate all documents required for board meetings, including resolutions and approvals related to investors.
  • Providing support to other parts of the group as needed, focusing on investor-related tasks, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive documentation practices across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in data management, with experience in data room building and management, is highly desirable. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using data room platforms and document management systems are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse cultures and departments are essential.

Remuneration 

Salary: Highly competitive   

Hours:  40 hours per week Monday to Friday with hybrid working.
